I’m a patient in Woburn. Just wanted to comment on the interaction I had with Cheryl at your location. Cheryl is a “breath of fresh air “! She is professional, competent, and personable. She made a difficult situation into an easy one! She took the time to explain everything and answer questions about different procedures. The fact that she really cares about her patients is easy to recognize. She is an excellent advocate for NEMH- lucky to have her on your team. RJ

Absolutely the best there are. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, they make you feel as comfortable as ever. The knowledge I left with was unlike ever before. Every single question answered thoroughly and I was left feeling relieved I had a team that cared. Currently on week 6 of a program custom made just for me and I have never felt this healthy and like my true self in years. On top of a great first visit, their team is always available whenever I have a question and they regularly check in to on me. I can’t stress enough how personable and supportive they are. Can’t wait for years of being a proud member of the northeast men’s family because that it exactly how you feel leaving.

I am very happy to have met such experienced and competent doctors and staff that rapidly did bloodwork and exams and prepared a treatment program for my specific need. I am now able to enjoy intimacy and my attitude and outlook have been improved in my work life as well. I am happy that i took the good advice provided by NEMH , they are true smile-makers.

I’m a patient trying to END my relationship with the clinic…and they won’t return my calls. Over the past month I’ve called twice and both times “someone will call you back”. Never a call back.
